How we use Claude
Claude, accessed via the first-party Anthropic API, is the reasoning layer behind every system we ship — we route between models depending on the task. In lead qualification, it extracts and scores intent from inbound messages; in our conversational agents, it drafts context-aware replies; in the content engine, it generates and adapts marketing copy from live engagement data. Each output is passed into a client's CRM or content stack through our own orchestration software, written in Python.
Every pipeline runs with human review on scoring thresholds, and we version-control our prompts and evals the same way we version application code — this is software engineering, not a stack of no-code tools.
